If I remember correctly, the current version of AIAB requires two things:
The OS 3.1 roms and an ADF copy of Workbench 3.1 (ADF's are basically disk
images of amiga floppys as PC drives can't read them)
To be honest, I'd simple download both from the internet, as if you have a
3.1 rom it is legal to download a rip of it for backup purpose, and the same
goes for Workbench disks.
If you really want to make your own copy then UAE comes with amiga programs
for making a ROM rip and ADF files.
Unfortunatly gone are the days when AIAB came with all the things you needed
already in the archive like the Rom and a full workbench install.
